Frederik Van Hecke began his career in B2B sales and marketing, and moved onwards to managing start-up companies in software, training and media. Due to his experience in high-pace changing companies, he is able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Having a rich managing and business experience, Frederik will always ensure that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained.
